The inspection which was made by only human sensual can be automated by the application of aitificial intelligence.

・Glass/Crystal STRIAE Inspection System
In the glass/crystal for the electric components, which request advanced performance, the unevenness of inside density and refrective index shall be a problem.
They have been inspected by visual inspection with human's eyes but we have successed it to be made by our image processing technology.

・3D Measurement Inspection System
3D measurement like Bonding wire, Solder bump and PCB bending etc can be made by one camera with High-speed light sectioning method.

Internal Surface Inspection System for Casting parts & Processed Goods
